2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any bet on nuvo77. This minimum age applies regardless of the age of majority in your specific locality. nuvo77 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not open an Account.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one Account on nuvo77. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
2.5 Self-Excluded Players. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from nuvo77 or from any other gambling platform and that exclusion period remains active, you are not eligible to register a new Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account on nuvo77, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card / KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nuvo77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where such loss results from your failure to keep them secure.
3.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify nuvo77 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. nuvo77 will investigate and take appropriate protective action.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
3.5 Communication. By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications from nuvo77 relating to your Account activity, security alerts, and changes to these Terms. Promotional communications are subject to your marketing preferences as set in your Account settings.
4.1 Verification Requirement. nuvo77 requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or granting access to full platform features. Verification is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nuvo77 accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

5.3 Processing Time. Local bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Account within minutes in the vast majority of cases. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may be delayed by up to two hours. nuvo77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Deposit Ownership. You confirm that all funds deposited into your nuvo77 Account are lawfully yours and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity. nuvo77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
5.5 No Platform Processing Fees. nuvo77 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are beyond nuvo77's control.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. You may only withdraw Real Money Funds that are not subject to an active wagering requirement. Bonus Funds that have not yet cleared their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts or payment methods that have been verified as belonging to you.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches and may trigger additional compliance review.
6.3 Processing Time. nuvo77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for standard requests received during business hours (WIB). Gold and Platinum VIP members benefit from expedited processing (express and instant tiers respectively). Requests submitted outside peak hours may take up to four hours. nuvo77 is not liable for delays caused by receiving bank processing schedules.
6.4 Withdrawal to Verified Method Only. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file with your Account. nuvo77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or unverified payment instruments.
6.5 Withdrawal Refusal. nuvo77 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or where there is reason to believe the funds were derived from fraudulent wagering behavior.
7.1 General. nuvo77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Ramadhan. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Bonus Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. As a general reference, wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
7.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute differently toward clearing a wagering requirement. Sports bets generally contribute 100% of the stake. Live casino bets contribute at rates specified in the bonus terms. Certain game types may contribute 0% and thus do not count toward clearing bonus wagering.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. nuvo77 takes bonus integrity seriously. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically to exploit bonus terms, and colluding with other players to clear bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, nuvo77 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend the Account.
7.6 nuvo77's Discretion. nuvo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and in the process of being wagered through in good faith.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once nuvo77's system has issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid. In cases of technical error during bet placement, nuvo77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and Account tier.
8.3 Sports Betting Markets. nuvo77 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting across sports including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup / Piala AFF), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available subject to market-specific rules.
8.4 Lottery and Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on officially published draw results from the relevant international lottery pool (e.g., Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney). In the event of a discrepancy between a third-party draw result and the result displayed on nuvo77, nuvo77's recorded result — verified against the official source — shall be final.
8.5 Obvious Errors. nuvo77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"). A palpable error includes odds that are manifestly incorrect compared to the prevailing market price at the time of bet placement. Winnings generated from palpable error bets will not be paid and the stakes will be returned.
8.6 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment before the minimum valid play time, technical malfunction affecting bet integrity, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nuvo77. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
10.1 By nuvo77. nuvo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) required KYC documentation has not been provided; or (d) the Account is believed to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
10.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nuvo77 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, any confirmed Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified payment source within a reasonable timeframe.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting nuvo77 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any confirmed Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment source after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

11.1 Platform Availability. nuvo77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 11.5 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, nuvo77's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 Data Security. nuvo77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Despite these measures, no digital transmission is entirely risk-free; nuvo77 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
12.3 Third-Party Sharing. nuvo77 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
